With the determination to build a smart Bangladesh by 2041, Bangladesh Computer Council is working to build a developed Bangladesh by combining smart citizens, smart economy, smart society and smart government. It is possible to bring the country to the threshold of development by the best use and application of information and communication technology. Bangladesh Computer Council is working tirelessly to establish ICT infrastructure and connectivity and develop the ICT industry. One of the tasks of Bangladesh Computer Council is to develop trained manpower through ICT training.
For that purpose, on 30th January 2024 (Tuesday), the three-month Office Application and Unicode Bangla Under Wed (Women in Development) Batch-70 training course was held at the BCC meeting room. Mr. Ranjit Kumar, Honorable Executive Director (Grade-1) of Bangladesh Computer Council announced the auspicious opening of the program as the chief guest. He said in his chief's guest speech, the training courses conducted by BKIICT are of high quality and practical.
These contribute very significantly to their institutional life and real life. Every one of us has a smart phone and the awareness we need to keep these smart phones free from hackers can only be achieved through ICT training. The event was presided over by BKIIC Director Mr. Dr. Ashok Kumar Roy. Referring to the importance of the course, the President said that BKIICT is working to provide various higher professional degrees in information and technology in the future. Mr. Madhusudan Chand, Regional Director of Bangladesh Computer Council conducted the event. 20 trainees of Office Application and Unicode Bangla Under Wed (Women in Development) Batch-70 along with other officials and employees of BCC were present at the inauguration ceremony.
