Greening is necessary in building construction : Munir Chowdhury for young engineers

Mohammad Munir Chowdhury, Director General of National Science and Technology Museum has urged the young engineers to ensure greening around the building by giving importance to environment protection during the construction of the building, building a tree fence around the building and using hollow (Hollow) technology instead of burnt brick in the construction work to ensure environment friendly urbanization.

Last Saturday, a group of 25 young engineers from the Directorate of Education and Engineering visited the Science Museum and received this call.

He said that the talent and skills of engineers are unique assets, it is the need of the hour to apply them properly. We need to get out of the traditional development concept. Engineers should keep in mind not only the efficiency of building construction, but also planning to ensure sustainable building and its environmentally friendly use.

Cities should ensure plantations and reservoir management to protect against wildfires. They should keep themselves free from the corrupt world of bribery, corruption, commission etc. and be inspired by the ideals of honest living. Get out of the circle of personal gain or selfishness.

Engineers have many honest earning avenues open to them, which should be exploited. Money earned through unethical means brings misery to individual, family and social life. The collection and distribution of sustenance or wealth is in the hands of Allah Ta'ala. Depending on the Creator, everyone has to fulfill their responsibilities with honesty, morality and patriotism.
