Four coaches of the Chattla Express train derailed at Sitakunda in Chattogram the accident happened around 7 am yesterday. However, there were no casualties. The derailed coaches were recovered around noon. Since then the train has started normal.
Chattogram Railway Police (GRP) Sitakund outpost SI Amjad Hossain said that when the Chattla Express train that left Chattogram station reached Sitakund in the morning, 4 coaches behind the engine derailed. On receiving information, railway police and railway officials visited the spot.
