‘I will work to keep harmony intact’

Bandarban is the district of harmony. This harmony means a great power and this power must be maintained by all together so that it is not wasted in any way. And we will work together to ensure that this harmony remains intact in the future. New Police Superintendent Md Shahidullah Kawshar made this comment in a discussion meeting with journalists in the auditorium of the Police Superintendent's office yesterday morning. He said that the police and journalists are tied together. We will work together. However, due to the same temporary reasons, it should be considered that the distance between the journalists and the police is not created. And he said to organize an orientation program with the police officers and police officers of seven upazila police stations with the journalists of different media of the district.

Regarding the current situation in the country, the newly appointed Superintendent of Police Md Shahidullah Kawshar said, due to the change in the situation of country, we have recently received news of various criminal incidents including theft and robbery in Bandarban, a hilly district of the country, and measures have already been taken against many criminal activities. We hope that the police will always work on the side of the people to continue the peace and order that was maintained in Bandarban in the past, said the Superintendent of Police. Additional Police Hossain Mohammad Raihan Kazemi, President of Bandarban Press Club Aminul Islam Bachchu, Acting General Secretary NA Zakir and other journalists working in various print and electronic media in the district were present in the exchange meeting.
