Entrepreneur Mamun has succeeded with the first eco-friendly unique blook manufacturing factory in Kurigram. This entrepreneur is earning an average of around three lakh rupees per month by making this auto blook instead of bricks at a low cost. Krishnapur area of Kurigram Sadar Upazila. After that, in 2021, Mamun brought a bread making machine from China and set up a factory called 'Sarkar & Co.' on the east side of Dharla Bridge in Kurigram to create employment for himself. Towns and villages are now using autobøk to build roads, businesses and houses as it is cost-effective, durable and environmentally friendly compared to ordinary bricks. Within two-three years the demand for this book has doubled and has gained a lot of reputation.

It can be seen on the surface, the factory named 'Sarkar Concrete Bøk' is on the east side of Dharla Bridge in Ghogadah Union of Kurigram Sadar Upazila. Inside the factory, different types of boxes are stocked in an open space. There are seven types of bricks made from 2.5FM concrete sand, 1.5FM local sand, OPC cement, high grade ad mixer and gravel. The PSI of this book is determined through lab tests before and after manufacturing. Mamun said that about 3-4 thousand cakes are being made every day.

Kurigram District Environment Department Assistant Director Md. Rezaul Karim said, concrete block is environment friendly. We have already received applications for a few more concrete block manufacturing plants in the district. Encouraging investors to set up concrete block factories in the district.
