Police holds welfare meeting in Kurigram

Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Rangpur Range Aminul Islam held a special welfare meeting of Kurigram district police and exchanged views with various political leaders.

DIG Aminul Islam was present as the chief guest at a special welfare meeting at the Multipurpose Drill Shed of Police Lines at 8:30 am yesterday. 

This special monthly welfare meeting of Kurigram District Police was held for the internal discipline, efficiency, professionalism and welfare of the police to ensure better police services to the honorable citizens of Kurigram district.

Kurigram Superintendent of Police Md Mahfuzur Rahman presided over the meeting.

Additional Superintendent of Police (Ulipur Circle) Mohammad Mohibul Islam, Additional Superintendent of Kurigram Circle AKM Ohidunnabi, Assistant Superintendent of Police (Roumari Circle) Md Mominul Islam, Medical Officer of Kurigram Police Hospital Md Akhtaruzzaman, Officer-in-Charge of all police stations and members of different ranks were present on the occasion.

In this special welfare meeting, the range DIG discussed various issues with the police members of different ranks of the district police. He became aware of various problems and gave specific instructions to the responsible people to solve the problems and motivated and motivated all the unit in-charges to work more dynamically to face any challenge in the coming time.

After the welfare meeting, a view exchange meeting was held with various political leaders of Kurigram district at the conference room of the office of the Superintendent of Police.

At the view exchange meeting, DIG Aminul Islam urged all political parties to remain alert so that the Hindu community of Kurigram district can observe the upcoming Durga Puja in a fair and beautiful environment. At the same time, he reduced everyone's cooperation.
