The derailed freight train in Rajbari has been recovered after three hours. The freight train was recovered around 10:30 am yesterday. At present, rail communication between Rajbari and the rest of the country is normal.
Earlier, the freight train derailed while entering the Carriage and Wagon Depot at Railgate No 2 of Rajbari at 7:30 am. Rail communication between Rajbari and Dhaka, Rajbari-Daulatdia and Rajbari-Khulna routes was snapped as the main line was blocked.
