Urge of eating food in scientific method

Mohammad Munir Chowdhury, Director General of National Museum of Science and Technology (NMST) said “There is no alternative to scientific diet for good health. Foods rich in oil and fat should be avoided. It is very healthy and scientific to take food without eating food in full stomach, what the Holy Prophet (PBUH) said 1500 years ago is scientifically recognized today.

To stay free from diseases, everyone should make a habit of eating black cumin seeds daily, which act as natural antioxidants. The use of burnt oil for cooking should be abandoned. Mustard oil or olive oil (Zaytun) should be used in cooking, which is much healthier. Many harmful waste materials are used in the production of vegetables or fish, which pose serious health risks. Vegetables should be soaked in water for at least one hour before cooking to avoid the harmful effects of pesticides.

It is healthy to eat vegetables with peels like, gourd, banana, papaya etc to protect health. Gourd has much nutrition. But first of all everyone has to ensure honest earning or halal sustenance. Halal Ruji food is the source of happiness, peace and health protection”. He gave this speech in a seminar entitled to 'Scientific food habits and good health' in science museum with all the officers and employees of the NMST. Senior Curator Sukallan Bachar, Chief Display Officer Md Khaybar Rahman and Curator Masudur Rahman also spoke in the seminar.
