Dr. Sumanta Kumar Saha's “Skeleton of MRCP” series containing six books on health topics was unveiled by SS Academy Publications. On Friday (March 10) morning, a book launch was held at Hotel XinXian, Dhanmondi in the capital under the direction of Dr. Sumant Kumar Saha. Honorable Prime Minister's Personal Chief Physician Emeritus Prof. Dr. ABM Abdullah was present as the chief guest on the Launching Ceremony.
In the chief guest's speech, Dr. ABM Abdullah said that criticism of doctors exists in society. There is no way to reject it, and there is a reason for it. But we have to continue our work. When people do something good, society and history remember them. So, he commented that it's not enough to be a good doctor; one has to be a good person as well. He said that not all work can be successful, but even if it fails, there is no problem because someone will eventually take it forward in the future. If the country was not independent, I would not have been able to come here today in this position.
