MASTUL brings smiles to underprivileged during Ramadan, Eid

MASTUL Foundation, under the compassionate leadership of Kazi Reaz Rahman, has once again demonstrated its unwavering commitment to the underprivileged, both in Bangladesh and internationally, during the blessed month of Ramadan and the joyous occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.

Throughout Ramadan, MASTUL Foundation illuminated the lives over 200,000 fasting individuals across Bangladesh by providing nourishing Iftar and Sehri meals. In the face of the sweltering heat, this vital support brought immense relief to those less fortunate, who expressed deep gratitude for the organization‍‍`s heartfelt humanitarian efforts.

Recognizing the critical need for sustained food security, MASTUL Foundation continued its dedicated work for low-income families. Even during Ramadan, 25,000 such families received essential monthly food packages, ensuring they had the necessary sustenance throughout the holy month.

Extending its spirit of compassion beyond national borders, MASTUL Foundation reached out to the besieged Gaza Strip in Palestine with much-needed food assistance. Understanding the long-standing challenges and the current dire circumstances, this initiative aims to provide a crucial lifeline of food security to the struggling population during this difficult time.

Kazi Reaz Rahman, the visionary founder of MASTUL Foundation, eloquently stated, "Ramadan is a month that calls for profound empathy and compassion. Our aim during this sacred time was to stand firmly by the side of the underprivileged, offering what support we could. We are deeply gratified that our humble efforts have brought smiles to the faces of so many fasting brothers and sisters and low-income families. Furthermore, we consider it a profound privilege to share in the people‍‍`s suffering of Gaza. We remain steadfast in our commitment to continue these vital efforts in the future."

MASTUL Foundation has a long-standing history of impactful social welfare initiatives spanning education, healthcare, and poverty alleviation. Their commendable work includes operating their own schools, madrasas, orphanages, and old-age homes, providing a nurturing environment for hundreds of orphaned and elderly individuals. Through the transformative Zakat Self-Sufficiency Project, over 1,000 individuals have achieved economic independence. The dignified Burial Services Project has provided solace by respectfully burying over 3,000 bodies since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, MASTUL‍‍`s Guesthouse offers a daily beacon of hope by providing free meals to over a hundred underprivileged individuals.

The Foundation‍‍`s dedicated support during Ramadan and Eid underscores its enduring commitment to social welfare and serving the community.

In the spirit of collective responsibility, the organization has made a heartfelt appeal to those more fortunate in society, encouraging them to generously extend their support to the welfare of the underprivileged, according to their means.
