Inter-departmental service program of the city hospital managed by Rajshahi City Corporation has been launched. City Mayor AHM Khairuzzaman Liton officially inaugurated the hospital's inter-departmental service program on Tuesday morning. After the inauguration, he inspected the operations of the City Hospital.
In the speech of the chief guest, Rasik Mayor Liton said that City Hospital is a service institution of Rajshahi City Corporation. The aim of this hospital is to serve the backward communities and the poor people. People of the area and surrounding areas will get treatment here at a low cost. Emergency medicines will be purchased and provided free of charge from the funds of the city corporation.
Jubo Mahila League Central Committee Member Doctor Anika Fariha Zaman Arna, City Corporation Panel Mayor-1 and Ward No 21 Councilor Nizam Ul Azim, Panel Mayor 2 and Ward No 13 Councilor Abdul Momin, Ward No 25 Councilor Alif Al Mahmud Luken, Secretary Mubarak Hossain and Chief Health Officer Dr. FAM Anjuman Ara Begum spoke on the occasion.
