Mutton Kebabs

Ingredients

400 gm mutton, 5 green chilies, 5 tablespoons rice flour, 6 onions, salt as required, 1 1/2 cup refined oil

Methods

First, mince the mutton pieces. Now, take all ingredients with the minced mutton, mix well and marinate for 40 mins.  Next, make balls. Flatten them and fry them in the hot oil. Garnish and serve hot.

Mutton Seekh Kebab 
Ingredients

400 gm mutton, 2 onions, 1/2 tablespoon garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/3 teaspoon garam masala powder, 2 tablespoon lemon juice, 4 green chilies, 1/2 tablespoon ginger paste, 1 tablespoon coriander leaves, 1 tablespoon chaat masala, 20 teaspoon butter

Methods

First, blend minced mutton, onion, green chilies, and coriander leaves to make a thick paste. Now, add other ingredients and mix well. Divide the mixture into 10 -12 portions equally and give them a kebab shape. Put them onto the skewers. Fry them in the preheated oven at 230 degrees Celsius.

Spicy Mutton Chops 
Ingredients

12 pieces mutton, 1 tablespoon ginger paste, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 tablespoon red chili powder, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 cup water

For Garnishing
1 teaspoon chaat masala

Methods

First, wash the mutton pieces well and keep them aside. Heat oil and add ginger and garlic paste into it. Then, add mutton chops and fry them from both sides. Now add other elements and stir the mixture. Add water and cook for 2 hours. Garnish with chaat masala and serve.

Tandoori Mutton
Ingredients:

8 Lamb Chops, 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder, 1.5 Tbsp Tandoori Masala, Salt to taste, 2 Tbsp Yogurt, 1 Heaped Tsp garlic Paste, one tsp Lemon juice (or vinegar), 1 tsp garam masala

Methods

First, take all ingredients in a large bowl and marinade. Make sure to coat the chops well using your hands. Marinate for 3 to 4 hours. Use a charcoal grill for 15 minutes to cook on both sides. Garnish with onions and serve.

Lamb Crepes
Ingredients

For the filling:

4cups lamb fillets, 1/2cup cilantro, 3garlic cloves, 2tablespoons olive oil, 1lemon, one pinch of turmeric, 1pinch cumin, Salt and pepper to taste

For the crepes:

1cup flour, 2eggs, 1/2cup water, 1/2cup milk, 2tablespoons melted butter, 1pinch salt

For the sauce:

3tablespoons butter, 1tablespoon Flour, 1cup hot water, 1tablespoon steak sauce, 1cup cream, Salt and pepper to taste

Methods

First, prepare the filling with the given ingredients. For the crepes mix the flour, eggs, water, milk, butter, and salt well to make a thick consistency. Then prepare the crepes. Fill each crepe with the lamb, and fold and fry both sides. Serve with sauce.

Mutton Lasagna
Ingredients

1 kilogram mutton, 2 cups tomato ketchup, 2 cloves minced garlic,1 teaspoon salt, 3 egg, 3 tablespoons minced parsley, 8 ounces ricotta cheese, 9 sliced & slit lasagne sheets, 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, 750 gm pork sausages, 2 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, 3 cup cottage cheese, 50 gm provolone cheese

Methods

First, prepare the meat sauce and then cook the meat. Take a dish and give the various layers to prepare the lasagna. Finally, bake the lasagna in the preheated oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 1 hour. Let it cook for 20 mins before cutting. Now it is ready to serve.

Creamy Mutton Kunna
Ingredients

½ cup butter, ½ kg mutton, 1 medium-sized onion, one tbsp garlic paste, 1 tsp red chili powder,1 tsp coriander powder, salt to taste, ½ tsp cumin seeds, ¼ tsp turmeric powder,1 cup water, ½ cup yogurt, 1 tbsp flour mixed in 2 tbsp water, ¼ tsp whole spice powder, 2-3 tbsp cream

Methods

First, cook the mutton for 5 minutes. Next, add 2 cups of water and cook for 45 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the wheat flour slurry. Now add wheat flour slurry and yogurt to the meat. Mix well and add 1 cup of water and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Garnish with ginger and serve with hot naan and lemon wedges.

Fried Lamb Fingers
Ingredients

2 pound Lean lamb breast, 2 tbsp salt, 1 medium onion, One medium carrot, 1 chopped Celery stick, 1 bay leaves.

For coating
2 tbsp Flour, 1 beaten egg, ½ packet Parsley and thyme stuffing

Methods

First, cook meat with the given ingredients for 2 hours. Then, drain the meat and remove all bones. Next, cut the meat 1 in. Coat with stuffing mix and fry to make golden color on both sides.

Mutton Keema Balls
Ingredients

250 grams Mutton Keema, to taste Salt, 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 tsp Red chili powder, one tsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1 onion, 2 tsp coriander leaves chopped, 2 tbsp roasted gram dal powder, oil

Methods

First, cook the keema and blend. Then blend gram dal to make power. Next, mix everything well and give them a ball shape.  Fry them and serve with sauce.

Mutton Cutlets 
Ingredients

250 gm minced mutton, 1/4 tablespoon garlic, 2 tablespoon coriander leaves, 1 green chili, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric,  1/4 teaspoon powdered cinnamon, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, 1/4 tablespoon ginger, 1/2 onion, 1 1/2 tablespoon mint leaves, 1/2 boiled potato, 1 clove, oil

Methods

First, mash the boiled potatoes, mix well everything and make them the shape of cutlets. Dip these raw cutlets in bread crumbs and keep them aside to rest. Finally, fry and take them in the kitchen towel. Garnish with red onions and serve warm.
