BCA demands stop propaganda in name of minority oppression

Bangladesh Christian Association (BCA) President Albert P. Costa has requested the agents of the fallen government to stop spreading false propaganda in the name of minority oppression, tarnishing the country‍‍`s image.

This information was given in a press release signed by the organization‍‍`s Joint Secretary General Jewel Antony Chowdhury today.

The press release said that since independence, minorities have been living in safety in Bangladesh. The torture and injustice inflicted on minorities in Bangladesh during the rule of the fallen government is indescribable.

Last May, the illegal Prime Minister of the fallen government made a speech in which she said that Bangladesh was being tried to make it a Christian state like East Timor. This was undoubtedly an attempt to persecute and incite religious violence against the Christian community.

She planned that after saying this, the devout Muslim people would attack Christians and she would call it militancy and kill the devout Muslim brothers. After the fall of the fascist government on August 5, Priya Saha, Ranadash Gupta, Nirmal Rosario gang through the mediation of the fallen government and a certain country, are again involved in anti-national conspiracies and are continuing their evil attempts to question the current interim government and various political parties outside the country in the name of minority persecution.

It also said that the BCA is calling for an immediate end to all this propaganda and is inviting all the states that are jumping on the conspiracy of these traitors in the name of minority persecution to come to this country and investigate.
