Gono Parishad gets new committee

The convening committee of Mahipur Thana of Gono Odhikar Parishad has been formed at Kalapara in Patuakhali.

Md Khalilur Rahman Mollah and Md Moazzem Munshi have been made convener and member secretary of the committee for the next six months.

The committee was announced in a pad signed by Patuakhali district convener Syed Nazrul Islam and member secretary Md Shah Alam Sikder yesterday morning.

The other members of the committee are: Joint Convener Maulana Mohiuddin Ahmed, Md. Nur Alam Jamaddar, Md. Rafiq Mir, Md. Al-Amin Akon, Rani Begum, Joint Member Secretary Hawlader Md. Delwar Hossain, Md. Zafar Hawlader, Md. Saiful Islam, Md. Mahtab Mridha and Fatema Begum.

Besides, a total of 64 convening committees have been formed with 52 more executive members.

Gono Odhikar Parishad District Member Secretary Md Shah Alam Sikder said, the party has been working relentlessly to strengthen the hands of former VP of Dhaka University Nurul Haque Nuru. For this purpose, the convening committee of Mahipur Thana has been announced.
