Islami Andolon Bangladesh Nawabganj West Branch held a mass rally in Nawabganj upazila of Dhaka.
The program was organized on the premises of the Upazila Sadar Central Shaheed Minar yesterday.
At that speakers demand the trial of genocide organized by the mass revolution of the students and people, arrest the corrupt, confiscate illegal assets and disqualify them from the election.
Meanwhile, the mass rally was organized with the aim of establishing an Islam-based state in the hope of peace in this world and salvation in the hereafter demanding the parliamentary elections in a proportional manner.
Hafez Maulana Zahirul Islam, secretary of Islami Andolon Bangladesh Dhaka South, was the chief guest at the rally.
Hafez Maulana Mufti Nur Alam Siddique, Joint Secretary of Islami Andolon Bangladesh Dhaka South was present as special guest.
Upazila West Islami Andolon Bangladesh President Haji Abdul Malek presided over the meeting. Secretary Babul Ahmed conducted the program.
Maulana Rezaul Karim, president of Nawabganj Upazila East Branch of Islami Andolon Bangladesh, Nawabganj Upazila East and West Branch and Dohar Upazila leaders and activists spoke on the occasion.
