Police activities in seven upazilas of Gaibandha district have started in full swing.
Gaibandha Superintendent of Police Kamal Hossain said this at a press conference at Gaibandha Sadar Police Station yesterday afternoon.
He said police activities in the district had been suspended for the last few days due to the ongoing situation in the country. But in the meantime, We have carried out some activities. However, all police activities in the district have been started in full swing. The students greeted all the members of the police working in several police stations of the district with flowers.
It is to be noted that from July 16 to August 5, protesters clashed with police in different areas of the country, including the capital, and killed the quota reform. After Sheikh Hasina's departure on August 5, police activities across the country came to a halt.
