Rajbari District BNP has held a protest against Awami League's anti-national conspiracy, resisting anarchy and India's continued conspiracy.
In order to strengthen the BNP in Greater Faridpur, BNP leader Shama Obaid was demanded to be reinstated in her own position.
A protest march was taken out yesterday afternoon from Rajbari district BNP office to protest against the anti-national conspiracy. The procession circled the main road of the city and gathered at the Railway Gate Shaheed Memorial Square.
District BNP joint convener Rezaul Karim Shikder Pintu moderated the rally. District BNP convener Advocate Liaquat Ali Babu spoke. At this time, the activists gave various slogans to keep Shama Obaid in office.
Advocate Liaquat Ali Babu, convenor of district BNP, said that some miscreants of Awami League are trying to create an unstable situation by entering us. Everyone should be careful. Sheikh Hasina is doing various conspiracies in India. After not giving water for so long, now the water is being released into Bangladesh by opening the Farakka Dam.
He said, we should stand by the flood affected people. For 17 long years, BNP organizing secretary, Shama Obaid has organized the party well, ignoring the terror and conspiracy of Awami League. We humbly request BNP Acting Chairman Tariq Rahman to retain him in his post to strengthen the party.
District Swechhasebak Dal president Mostafizur Rahman Likhan, district Jubo Dal member Aminur Rahman Jhantu, district Chhatra Dal convener Ariful Islam Roman along with district and upazila BNP, Jubo Dal, Swachhasebak Dal, Chhatra Dal leaders and activists were present in the rally.
