In order to keep the prices of daily necessities of Magura at a reasonable and bearable level, a seminar on notification and implementation of the District Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009 has been held. Organized by the Magura district administration and the National Directorate of Consumer Rights Protection, a seminar was held yesterday at 11 am in the conference room of the District Commissioner 'Chander Hat'.
Magura Deputy Commissioner and learned District Magistrate presided over the seminar, Magura District Merchants Association convener Munshi Humayun Kabir Raja and many others.
Mohammad Mamunul Hasan, assistant director of Magura District National Directorate of Consumer Rights Protection, Inspector of Police (Retd) Shariful Islam, Assistant Commissioner Sajjad Hossain, and District Livestock Officer Mihir Kanti Biswas attended the consumer rights protection seminar. District Safe Food Officer Suman Adhikari, Magura Press Club President Professor Saidur Rahman, Magura District Merchants Association Convener Munshi Humayun Kabir Raja.
