During the market monitoring, Matiranga Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Manjur Alam talked about the market situation with raw market traders, fish and meat sellers, hotel-restaurants and grocers.
Matiranga Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO), convener of the special task force, Manjur Alam, warned the unscrupulous traders and announced that legal action would be taken if the prices of the products were increased unnecessarily during the market monitoring. Meanwhile, Matiranga Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Manjur Alam instructed each hotel owner to clean the Dhalia lake adjacent to the hotel on their own responsibility.
At that time, Matiranga Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) Al Amin Halder, Matiranga Upazila Fisheries Officer Ariful Molla, Upazila Animal Resources Officer Dr Somen Chakma and the leaders of the 'Special Task Force' committee related to market monitoring were present.
