It is to be noted that, in the name of police search, various traders including truck drivers, motorcycle drivers, and pickup drivers are constantly robbed by policemen at several points on the highway from Mirzapur to Dherua at night. As a result, traffic on the highway has become unsafe. On Monday night, March 11, a fish merchant named Gopal Rajvanshi was robbed of Tk56,000 in the identity of the police. He complained to the Mirzapur police station about the robbery, but his money was not recovered.
